The Royal College of Surgeons Commercial Enterprises forms a truly unique venue in the heart of the city!

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh offers a wide variety of stylish rooms to suit any size of event.  The flexibility of the venue lends itself perfectly to conferences and meetings and equally to weddings and social events. Whether it is a drink reception, party, dinner dance or award ceremony we have the facilities to cater for each of them individually offering a wealth of experience.

The Quincentenary Building is a contemporary building, and the perfect venue for corporate events, ceilidhs, fashion shows, dance events, product/company launches, themed nights, exhibitions and awards ceremonies. It is extremely versatile and can be dressed to suit any occasion.

The King Khalid Building has been converted from a historical church into an impressive and inspiring auditorium with tiered seating, with state of the art AV equipment, including an audience voting system, and can accommodate up to 158 guests. The hall also compromises a reception area perfect for catering, and includes a small dance floor.  The King Khalid Building is ideal for film viewings, lectures, social events, branded evenings, conferences and exhibitions.

The Playfair Building boasts the Playfair Main Hall, Fellows' Library and Reception Room - all bursting with character and history. The grand Playfair Hall has beautiful high ceilings with a glazed copular surrounded by stunning decoration. These historical rooms are perfect for wedding ceremonies, meetings, formal dinners, product launches and networking receptions.
