TEN OUT OF TEN LOYALTY PROGRAMME

Achieving success is more than satisfying.  It’s a great feeling when you’ve accomplished a positive result after all the hard work and effort that you or your team have made.  

That’s why at Ten Hill Place we have introduced 10 out of 10, a reward programme for staff.  Every time they demonstrate ability, above and beyond the call of duty,  to achieve our high standards they will be awarded points which can be used to redeem against a wide range of retail goods and experiences available at  http://www.tenoutoftenrewards.co.uk/

Points can be allocated as a result of a positive comment from a guest on our comments cards, a suggestion for reducing utility consumption which is put into practice,  identifying a health and safety issue which is then resolved or even coming up with an idea for a recipe which is included on the menu.  The list is endless and the Line Managers allocate points when they feel a member of staff has “gone that extra mile”!

Staff are allocated points on a monthly basis and always look forward to receiving their statement to see how they have done!   This has proved to be a very positive way of recognising staff and has resulted in a loyal dedicated team.
